Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

C.I. FUELS AND BUNKERS COLOMBIA S.A.S ("FBCOL" or "the Company"), with its main domicile in Bogotá D.C. and operations at the ports of Buenaventura and Cartagena, is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals whose personal data we process, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and applicable regulations.

2. Personal data we collect

Depending on the contact channel or service used, we may collect and process: name, identification document, job title or company, email, phone number, address, website navigation data (cookies and similar technologies), commercial and contractual information related to quote requests, marine fuel supply and logistics services, as well as data from web forms, email, WhatsApp or in-person interactions.

3. Purposes of processing

Manage information requests, quotes and contracting of marine fuel supply services.

Comply with legal, contractual, tax, customs and control obligations applicable to international hydrocarbon trade.

Handle inquiries, claims and data subject requests.

Send commercial or informational communications when prior authorization has been granted.

Improve the website experience, analyze traffic and ensure platform security.

4. Data subject rights

Under Colombian law, you may access, update, rectify and delete your data; revoke authorization and/or request deletion when no legal or contractual duty prevents it; access your personal data free of charge; and file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) if your requests are not addressed.

To exercise your rights, send a request to info@fbcol.com including your full name, ID type and number, a description of your request and contact details. FBCOL will respond within the timeframes established by law.

We may share data with technology providers, legal advisors, financial institutions, competent authorities and logistics partners strictly necessary for service delivery or regulatory compliance, ensuring appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

7. Information security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.

8. Data retention

We will retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and applicable legal periods for commercial, accounting and regulatory matters.

FBCOL may update this policy at any time. Relevant changes will be published on this website with the corresponding update date.

Access to and use of the website of C.I. FUELS AND BUNKERS COLOMBIA S.A.S ("FBCOL") implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use this site.

1. Purpose

This site is informational and commercial in nature. Its content describes international marine fuel trading services, port operations and related activities in the shipping industry in Colombia.

2. Permitted use

Users agree to use the site lawfully, without affecting the security, availability or integrity of the platform, or infringing third-party rights or applicable regulations.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, images, logos, designs and other site elements are owned by FBCOL or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.

4. Information and quotes

Published information is for guidance only. Final commercial conditions for marine fuel supply will be set out in proposals, contracts or commercial documents signed between the parties.

6. Limitation of liability

FBCOL does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site. To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the site.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available in this same legal section of the site.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Colombian territory, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
